As a founding member of Westland, he leads creative direction and project sourcing, guiding opportunities from early concept to actionable development plans with a focus on clear communication and long-term value.

As Westland’s City and County Liaison, Gardner leads entitlement efforts and manages key municipal relationships, guiding projects through planning, zoning, and approvals. He also oversees client management, market research, and entitlement strategy to keep projects aligned, efficient, and moving forward.

Brodie has a proven track record of financing and executing projects nationwide. He earned a finance degree from Weber State University and has spent nearly two decades building and leading a successful lending and mortgage company. Brodie brings leadership and knowledge with his experience.

Michael brings over 12 years of experience with a strong background in finance, accounting, & real estate. He earned bachelor’s degrees in finance and accounting from Weber State University and is a licensed CPA. Michael ensure that every project is feasible and profitable for everyone.
